Makinde Meets Investors In Casablanca, Concludes Arrangement On Multi-Million Dollar Factory In Ibadan

Oyo state governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has met with the management of Africorp Consortium led by its Chairman, Saad Berrada Sounni and CEO, Mr Jaafar Harti in Casablanca, Morocco. Newsarena.ng reports

Governor Makinde who share the meeting experience on his verified social media pages said the company which acquired Mouka Foam has shown readiness to establish a multi-million-dollar factory in Ibadan.

“We have been in Casablanca, Morrocco for a series of meetings with Africorp Consortium led by Chairman, Saad Berrada Sounni and CEO, Mr Jaafar Harti.

“Africorp is the parent company of Dolidol which acquired Mouka Foam and is establishing a multi-million-dollar factory in Ibadan.

The governor said his administration has already allocated land for the factory noting that Africorp has paid the required fees and taken possession of the land.

He said “We also signed a memorandum of cooperation with Africorp Consortium which has business concerns in agro industries, mining, education, mattress, wood carpentry and PET recycling.

“We are looking forward to welcoming them in Oyo State” He added.
