Makinde Running All Inclusive Administration in Oyo – Aides

 

An all inclusive government has been widely regarded as primary catalyst for positive transformation, fostering growth and development of Oyo State.

This formed the submission of stakeholders at a discourse on emerging sectoral issues held at the House of Chiefs, Secretariat, Ibadan.

In his lecture, Mr. Olatunde Oladoyinbo, charged people in power to imbibe act of channeling the same all inclusiveness practiced during electioneering process into policies implementation through diverse representation and equitable decision-making.

He said for people to feel the impact of government viewpoints and feedbacks of the grassroots is essential.

In their separate contributions, representatives of government which include, commissioners and head of agencies, highlighted how the sectors were used by Governor Seyi Makinde to dish out dividends of democracy to the people.

Speaking with newsmen, convener of the program, Special Assistant to the governor on political matters, Mr. Adedeji Adeyemo Ola, said as concerned government, decision makers were invited to discuss challenges and way out, for the betterment of the people.

He further stated that the solution focused summit was another significant milestone in Governor Seyi Makinde’s pursuit of efficient and inclusive governance in Oyo State.

“We understand that there are emerging issues in the country, that is why we have brought together experts, policymakers, and critical stakeholders to navigate these challenges for the benefit of the good people of Oyo State”

According to him, the summit underscores the commitment of the current administration in the state to citizen feedback and collaborative efforts with key stakeholders.

He maintained that he is optimistic that after the summit, robust framework, ideas, suggestions and recommendations capable of inspiring more positive moves in oyo state would be identified

Government functionaries, representatives of various society groups, such as women, youth, people living with disabilities attended the interactive event.
