The President/CEO, MFP Global Services and Leader of MFP Group Nigeria, Dr Prince Oyebade Oyedepo, FCA has extolled the leaders and members of the Society of Women Accountants of Nigeria (SWAN), Lagelu Chapter for being proactive and thoughtful in their various programmes ever since their existence.


He encouraged them to sustain the tempo in the upcoming year for the benefits of their members in particular and members of the public at large.


The MFP top brass counselled them on integrity and capacity building as they advance in their career. According to him, integrity goes beyond what they learn in class to pass examination. It is a holistic knowledge that cut across all areas of human endeavours.


Integrity is applied in your offices, homes, relationship, community service, public service and in your career. It includes honesty which is a basis to determine your personality.


In his words, “the lack of integrity is one of the reasons why some people are denied opportunities. You should build integrity and sustain it as a lifestyle to maximize the benefits of your education”.


The MFP topnotch also counselled them on capacity building to excel in whichever area they may find themselves. They should cultivate the habit of reading daily to learn, relearn and unlearn.



The reading should not be restricted to financial matters but inclusive of general matters to make them versatile in almost all areas of human endeavours. This will enable them to be relevant in their profession and other spheres of life.

Dr Prince Oyebade Oyedepo gave the charge during the end of the year programme of SWAN Lagelu Chapter held on Sunday, 28th December, 2025 at Mingles Resort Iyaganku, Ibadan
Other speakers at the event include, the Pioneer Chairman of Lagelu & District Society of ICAN and Past Coordinator of SWAN Ibadan Chapter, Chief (Mrs) Omokemi Oladipo, FCA, a Council Member of ICAN, visioner of Lagelu & District Society of ICAN and Past Chairman of Ibadan & District Society of ICAN Mr ‘Biodun Adedeji, FCA, a Past Chairman of Ibadan & District Society of ICAN, Dr (Mrs) Temitope Babajide, FCA and Pioneer Coordinator of SWAN Ibadan Chapter and Patroness of Lagelu & District Society of ICAN, Dr (Mrs) Afolakemi Saba, FCA. Engineer Olabode Oladipo and Dr (Mrs) Olubunmi Adedeji were also present at the event.
The Coordinator of SWAN Lagelu, Mrs Olukemi Oyewale, FCA appreciated the eminent dignitaries and colleagues for their presence and great speeches made to improve their competences and social skills.
