The PDP family in Oyo State today received thousands of decampees into her fold as the Olatoye Sugar political structure led by Late Olatoye Sugar’d blood brother, Big Daddy, collapsed into PDP in Lagelu Local Government.
Hundreds of APC members also joined PDP in the local government with a promise to contribute their own efforts to strengthen PDP in the council Area.
To receive the defectors is the PDP State Deputy Chairman, Hon James Olukunle, PDP State Vice Chairman, Hon Mufutau Ogunremi, State PDP Women Leader, Alhaja Wulemot Ibitoye, State PDP Youths Leader, Asiwaju Adekola Adeoye, State PDP Fin Sec, Hakeem Arinola, State PDP Publicity Secretary, Engr Akeem Olatunji, the Leader of PDP in Lagelu Local Government, Elder Okeyode, Special Adviser to the Governor on Local Governments and Chieftaincy Matters, Asiwaju Yemi Aderibigbe, Hon Segun Olayiwola, State House of Assembly Member representing Lagelu, Hon Akintunde AKT, Hon Segun Olaleye Radical and other Leaders.
It is now evident that Governor Seyi Makinde is marketable and his performance is yielding good results for the party.
