Omituntun 2.0: OYCSDA Eulogizes Makinde’s Stride in Promoting Community Development

 

The Chairman, Oyo State Community and Social Development Agency (OYCSDA), Hon. Abideen Tokunbo Adeaga has eulogized the efforts of the State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde to make communities in the State, the toast of others across the nation, using the Nigeria Covid-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (NG-CARES)’ platform.

Adeaga said approval granted by the governor for the agency to intervene in social infrastructures across communities in the State, to achieve the State’s Sustainable Development Targets have gone a long way to impact positively on households and communities.

He maintained that the celebration of the first year in the second term of the governor signposted many developmental projects like classrooms construction and renovation, community health centers, drilling of boreholes and construction of culverts for ease of vehicular movement.

“We celebrate with the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde on this celebration of the first year in office in the second term of the government of the people, we appreciate our amiable leader of the Omituntun 2.0 which is the signpost of the second term of this administration.

“Using the NG-CARES platform, our Governor has given approval for for interventions in social infrastructures across the State and these projects have gone a long way to assist the masses of people in communities across the State.

“We shall always be grateful to the Governor for using OYCSDA as a vehicle of development in communities and we shall continue to support his giant strides in ensuring equal distribution of dividends of democracy to the people of Oyo State,” Honorable Tokunbo assured.

Governor Seyi Makinde won the last gubernatorial election in Oyo State to clinch his second term victory, which made him the second governor of Oyo State to attain such feat.
