Political flyers displaying the gubernatorial aspiration of Senator Ayoola Agboola has surfaced on various social media platforms.
Goalpoacher News gathered that this development comes even though Senator Agboola has not yet made any official announcement about any political or gubernatorial ambition ahead of 2027 general elections in Oyo State.
The flyers were posted on the Facebook timeline of Segun Adekunle Adepoju on Sunday with different inscriptions, Oyo 2027, “Atari Ajanaku kise eru omode”, the head of an elephant is not a load for a toddler. Another one reads: Peoples Choice 2027, while the third reads: Oke Ogun Lokan, meaning, 2027 is Oke Ogun’s turn.
About two weeks ago, the meeting of Hallelujah’s Group of PDP Oyo State was held at Irawo, Atisbo Local Government on the 28th of January 2025, the group therefore believed that a credible candidate in person of Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola should be presented and supported throughout Oyo State.
While moving the motion for consideration of Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola as the best choice for the Governorship position in Oyo State come 2027 election, Dr (Prince) Bola Oyedepo as the most experienced politician in Oke Ogun zone.
Seconding the motion, Hon. Engr Sarafadeen Omirinde described Senator Agboola as someone that has been tested and trusted.
The chairman of Hallelujah Group, Hon Oyinloye Jelili Adebare while commenting on the unanimous voice votes of members at the meeting for the choice of Senator Agboola said Hallelujah’s popularity as a committed politician goes beyond Oyo State and Nigeria.
