The fact that H.E Engr Seyi Makinde promised the people of Oyo State transparency in the administration and governance is the essence of this piece.
Quite frankly,we would expect Gov Seyi Makinde to shed light on the ALLEGATION that each of the 33 Local Government Council in Oyo State are being instructed to contribute #50million each for God knows Project and before saying Jack the Local Government Councils have started complying with evidence of Payment.
(1)What PROJECT is the STATE GOVERNMENT embarking upon that required the contribution of #50million Naira each by the 33 Local Government Council in Oyo State ?
(2) Was the Project captured in the 2020 Budget ?
(3) When was the Project advertised, tendered and awarded ?
(4) Which Contractor won the Bid and at what Cost?
(5) When is the Project foundation going to be laid and what is the duration of completion ?
(6) Where is the location of the Project?
(7) H.E Engr Seyi Makinde needs to let us know in clear term,where is it in the FINANCIAL REGULATION that Local Government is expected to contribute money for the STATE GOVERNMENTS PROJECT ?
The above and other salient questions agitating the mind of the residents of Oyo State would be appreciated if Gov Seyi Makinde can explain to the people of Oyo State within 24hours.
