The people of Ladigbolu community in Oyo West Local Government area of Oyo State have extended their appreciations to Governor Seyi Makinde on the ongoing distribution of relief packages to vulnerable across the State.
Recall that a few weeks ago, the Oyo State Government kicked-off the second phase of the distribution of relief packages to thousands of vulnerable households across the 33 local governments under the Sustainable Action for Economic Recovery, SAfER.
The Secretary of Ladigbolu community Olatidoye Damilola Olayemi, who spoke on behalf of other indigenes and residents of the area appreciated the Oyo State Governor for his show of love to the downtrodden in the society.
According to Olayemi, the entire community expressed their profound gratitude to the State Government particularly the approach adopted to ensure that the palliatives get to those they were meant for.
He noted that the palliatives got to every household adding that the government made it difficult for unscrupulous people to divert the palliatives for the individual gains.
They prayed that God will continue to bless and strengthen Governor Seyi Makinde, the State Government and their community leader, Oloye Babatunde Ologburo.
