Oyo Housing Corporation Chairman, Omotoso Urges Staff to Boost Productivity, Collaboration

 

The Chairman of the Oyo State Housing Corporation, Hon. Ademola Omotoso, has called staff members of the corporation to collaborate closely with the new board to enhance productivity and advance the Corporation’s mission.

During a recent interactive session at the Corporation’s headquarters, Omotoso emphasised the importance of teamwork in fulfilling the vision established by the founding fathers of the Corporation.

He highlighted that the primary goal remains the provision of affordable housing to the public.

To this end, the new board has initiated a project to construct 2,500 housing units in Ajoda New Town, a move aimed at adding significant value to the estate and boosting the Corporation’s revenue.

In addition to urging diligence in their roles, Omotoso reminded employees to prioritize their health and well-being, encouraging them to take necessary breaks to avoid burnout.

He assured the staff that adequate welfare benefits and incentives would be provided, along with essential logistics to support their work and enhance overall productivity.
