In a vibrant celebration, the Chairman of the Park Management System (PMS) in Oyo State, Alhaji Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa popularly known as Tommy, has honoured Chief Bayo Lawal, the Senior Executive Assistant on Administration to Governor Seyi Makinde, as he celebrated his 70th birthday.
