Oyo PMS Chairman, Tommy Leads Initiative to Boost Education in Ibadan

 

Ambassador Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa, the chairman of the Oyo State Park Management System, has joined forces with the Borokini group, a philanthropic organisation with a membership of over 60 individuals, to launch a significant educational initiative in Ibadan.

According to AY Telecoms, this collaboration aims to provide essential books to primary school pupils across the region.

In a productive meeting held yesterday, Omolewa, also known as Tommy, discussed the initiative with three executives from the Borokini group.

Together, they outlined a plan to supply books to three primary schools in each of the 11 local government areas in Ibadan, a move that is expected to greatly enhance educational resources for local students.

This partnership serves as a powerful example of community leaders coming together to make a positive impact.

The Borokini group’s mission to give back to society aligns seamlessly with Omolewa’s commitment to promoting peace and development in Oyo State.

In his role as chairman of the Park Management System, Omolewa has pledged to restore order in motor parks and maintain harmony among residents, further emphasizing his dedication to community welfare.
