Oyo PTS Management Seeks SDGs Intervention on Staff Clinic

The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Sustainable Development Goals, Hon. Kunle Yusuff MON, on Monday,  paid an official visit to the management of Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Service to inspect their staff Clinic.

While addressing the SDGs Officers, the Chairman of PTS, said the new initiative came as a result of their Staff who used to seek medical assistance elsewhere. The chairman solicited the support of Oyo State SDGs on the to  equip the clinic for the immediate use.

Hon Yusuff said he would  relate with the Executive Secretary, Basic Healthcare Board to know how best things can be done quickly.

He further said that SDGs Oyo State has 100 Unit of hospital beds awaiting to be donated as directed by the Governor to the Ministry of Health. After the branding,  the beds would be handed over to the Ministry of Health. According to him,  “am sure we can make a case for the PaceSetter Clinic while the State Healthcare Board will be handling other materials.”

“We are here today because the request of the Chairman is in line with Goal 3 of SDGs, Target 1.3.1 and 3.7 Indicators.
