Officials of the Oyo State Operations Coordinating Unit (SOCU), a unit of the Conditional Cash Transfer Programme in Oyo State has described Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode as a responsive leader whose leadership trait is marked by unwavering dedication, resilience and an unparalleled commitment to the progress of Ibadan South East Local Government.
This was said by the Acting State Coordinator for the unit, r Salami Ismail during the Advocacy/Sensitization visit to Ibadan South East Local Government.
In his speech, Mr Salami appreciated Hon. Alawode for the warmth reception accorded him and his team, stressing that the council boss was the only Local Government Chairman that received the SOCU team personally unlike other Local Governments where they were attended to either by the Secretary or Chief of Staff of the council.
In his response, Hon. Alawode welcomed all the SOCU team and encouraged them to carry out their tasks dutifully emphasizing that they are responsible to not just the beneficiaries but the Oyo SOCU and the Executive Governor of Oyo State.
He then pledged his unrelenting support to the success of the exercise.
In attendance at the programme were the Head of Local Government Administration, Dr (Mrs) Agnes Olakunbi Ojo, the Director of Education and Social Services, Alhaja Ganiyat Dasola Durodola, Director of Agriculture, Mrs Oluyemisi Ogunbode, Acting Deputy Director of Education and Social Services for Ibadan South LCDA, Mrs Banke Aderoju and many others.
