Photonews: Makinde Hosts New GOC of 2 Division, Ibadan

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde on Monday hosted the newly deployed General Officer Commanding (GOC), 2 Division, Odogbo Barracks, Ibadan.

The Governor hosted Major-General Obinna  Onubogu at the Governor’s Office.
