The Oyo State Road Transport Management Agency(OYRTMA) has rescued crash victims involved in multiple accidents that occurred Ibadan on Wednesday night and Thursday.
The Executive Chairman, Mogaji Akin Fagbemi disclosed this to GOALPOACHER NEWS in Ibadan on Thursday.
Fagbemi said that the accident at Ijaye happened last night while the two others happened today and it involved eight people.
The Executive Chairman noted that though, there were no deaths recorded, all the passengers sustained serious injuries.
“The victims of the two accidents at Orogun and Guru Maharaji were jointly rescued by men of the Federal Road Safety Commission and Oyo Road Transport Management.”
The breakdown of the accidents as obtained by GOALPOACHER NEWS is stated below:
“Date of RTA: 30th July,2020 time: 0930hrs location:orogun ojoo express vechicles involved: Bovans tanker loaded & Toyota Camry. cause of RTA: reckless driving. type of RTA: rollover injured:two (2) situation report: the victims has been taken to hospital why OYRTMA Rescue team, Nigeria police, fire fighter civil defence and FRSC are on ground to recover the truck and the car was removed from scene of accident to police station.”
