RAMADAN: OYO STATE GOVERNMENT WOMEN OF SUBSTANCE GREETS MUSLIM FAITHFUL

OYO STATE Government Women of Substance, has urged Muslim faithful in the state to be in the spirit of the Ramadan fast and show love to their neighbours and extending a helping hand to the weak and needy as a demonstration of their religious belief in Allah.

This was disclosed in a Press statement issued this Friday in Ibadan, by the co-ordinator Hon Helen Taiwo Adebakin and made available to newsmen.

She also added that “we must continue to pray and work for peace, progress and divine healing for all COVID-19 patients in Oyo State, Nigeria and the world at large.

Hon Helen, also commended the Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde on the steps taken since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in the state. She called on all Muslims in the state to pray for the success of the Governor and the State Task Force chaired by him.
