The management and entire Members of staff of Omi-Apata Local Council Development Area, have congratulated the former caretaker Chairman of the council, Hon Sheriff Adeojo following the expiration of tenure of all the caretaker chairpersons across the 33 LGs and 35 LCDAs.
GOALPOACHER NEWS had reported on Thursday that Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde through the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters had announced the dissolution of the caretaker committee members and ordered them to handover to Heads of Local Government Administration.
Adeojo who emerged as the chairmanship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party was hailed by members of staff of the council for his sterling performance while in office. The congratulatory message was contained in a message sent to GOALPOACHER by his Chief of Staff, it reads:
“Congratulations Sir. The management and entire members of staff of Omi-Apata LCDA heartily felicitate with Hon Sheriff Adeojo on the successful completion of his tenure as the caretaker chairman of Omi-Apata LCDA. We pray that Almighty God will be with you in your future endeavours.”
