Honorable Barrister Rita Orji DCJ Crime, LLB, BL (LAW)MBA, MPA, PGD (Human Resources Mgt), is a grassroot politician in Ajegunle area of Lagos state.
Popularly known as Mama Ajegunle, the politician represented Ajeromi/Ifelodun Federal Constituency of Lagos state in the Federal House of Representatives between 2015 and 2019.
At the year 2019 edition of her annual empowerment program, Honorable Rita Orji, who served as the House Committee Chairperson on Diaspora in the 8th House, put smile and laughter in the faces of her constituents by empowering them with cars, sewing machines, gas cylinders and other machineries in order to make them economically independent.
Since leaving office following the stealing of her mandate, Honorable Rita Orji has never abandoned her selfless service to her people. She has continued to use her resources to aide the empowerment of youths and women in Lagos state and beyond.
