The Chairman Oyo State Park Management System, PMS, Alhaji Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa has described the death of Osi Balogun of Ibadanland, Oba Lateef Adebimpe as huge loss to Ibadanland.
Recall that the Osi Balogun of Ibadanland, Oba Lateef Adebimpe who was last seen on 12th July at the coronation ceremony of Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, joined his ancestors on few days ago.
Tommy in his condolence message, commiserated with the Oyo State Government, Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, Olubadan-in-Council and Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII).
“Death is another reminder that nothing lasts forever. Death is another path that we all must take. Death is an inevitable reality.
“It is with great sense of grief that I, Alhaji Abdulwasiu Tomiwa Omolewa condoles with the family of HRM Oba Lateef Gbadamosi Adebimpe (The Osi Balogun of Ibadanland) on his demise as he journey forth to a place of no return.
“With deep sense of loss, I sympathize with His Imperial Majesty Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin Ige Olakulehin I (Olubadan of Ibadanland), the Government of Oyo State, The Olubadan -In- Council,.Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) and the entire sons and daughters of Ibadanland over his sudden demise, may the Almighty God give us all the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss,
He is a good man who led an exemplary life of kindness.
