The Chairman Oyo State Park Management System (PMS ), Ambassador Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa popularly known as Tommy, has successfully resolved the issue between the Korope drivers and the Interstate Branch of Ogbomoso.
The conflict began with a protest by Korope PMS members regarding a ticket price hike implemented by their chairman.
In response, the Korope chairman explained that the increase was due to rising expenses.
On Monday 25th November, 2024, Tommy intervened, advising the Korope chairman to revisit and correct their mistakes.
He emphasized the importance of resolving Park Management System issues within the organization. Additionally, Tommy reminded the Korope chairman to show respect to Comrade Jimoh Aderemi, a member of the state executive.
