The astute lawmaker who represented Saki West State Constituency at ninth Oyo Assembly described the Oyo State Governor as a great manager of human and material resources, considering how the number of developmental projects he embarked upon since his assumption of office in 2019.
He lauded Makinde for his visionary and adventurous leadership style which has positioned Oyo State among the best in the aspect of economic development.
