The Oyo State government may consider total lockdown of the state by the time distribution of palliative packages takes off with the aim of restricting human and vehicular movement. Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, this Tuesday received the delegation of Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). The team was led to the Oyo State Government House, Agodi, Ibadan by the Director- General, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu.
