The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Seun Olufade, has celebrated the Honourable Commissioner for Lands, Housing, Survey, and Urban Development in Oyo State, Hon. Williams Akin-Funmilayo, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as “a man of honour, vision, and administrative excellence.”
In a birthday message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, Hon. Olufade praised the Commissioner’s transformational leadership and contributions to the modernization of land administration under the Governor Seyi Makinde-led government.
“Your strides in transparency, urban renewal, and digitization of land processes have not only improved efficiency but also reflected the true spirit of Governor Seyi Makinde’s good governance agenda,” he said.
The Ibadan North Chairman prayed for God’s continued grace, good health, and wisdom for the Commissioner, adding that the people of Oyo State are proud of his accomplishments.
