The Ladilu of Oyo Kingdom, Chief. Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka, has expressed sadness over the demise of the Sarkin Sasa, Alhaji Haruna Maiyasin Katsina

Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka in a statement by his Technical Assistant on Digital communication, Kehinde Owolabi, described the late monarch as a grassroot reformer who worked meritoriously with the native authority and the Administration of Akinyele Local Government for Decades and later became the chairman, Council of Arewa Traditional Rulers in the seventeen Southern States of Nigeria.
He was a man of peace and we shall all miss him, Luqman Oyebisi Ilaka said, while commiserating with the immediate family of the deceased, entire Hausa/Fulani community in Oyo State and Southern Nigeria over the loss.
He prayed God to count the soul of the late Sarkin sasa Alhaji Haruna Maiyasin Kastina among the righteous ones in Aljannah Firdaus and his family and loved ones the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
