A faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has filed a suit seeking for an exparte order to hold the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.
It is being insinuated that the faction led by Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed, filed the suit.
The suit was filed at the Zamfara High Court.
