    Dr Akande Hails Gov Makinde on Appointment of Kafilat Olayiwola, Fagbemi, Omotosho, Fakorede, Others

    Ibadan-born educationist from Ido Local Government, Dr. Akande Kazeem Babatunde has congratulated eminent personalities who have been appointed in several capacities by the Oyo State Governor, Oluseyi Makinde.

    He extended his heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Alhaja Kafilat Omolabake Olayiwola, Hon Seun Fakorede, Hon Ademola Omotosho, Prince Falana Adebowale, and Dr. Akin Fagbemi.

    Akande especially congratulated the former Commissioner of Women Affairs in Oyo state, Alhaja Kafilat Omolabake Olayiwola, who as been appointed to served as a member of the Oyo State Road Maintenance Agency (OYROMA). Akande said the exploits of Alhaja in defending human and women rights during her tenure was excellent. Akande believe she continue to be dedicated and committed to driving home the goals of the Governor in her new capacity.

    Hon Seun Fakorede who was the former commissioner for youths and sports in Oyo State has now been appointed Executive Adviser on Youth and Sports. Akande commented that the reward for good work is more work. He noted that the achievements of Hon Seun Fakorede is well-known and it’s what has earned him his new appointment.

    Akande further congratulated the former Local Government chairman of Ibadan North, Hon Ademola Omotosho, who has now been appointed as the chairman of Oyo State Housing Corporation.

    Akande said he believed his administrative skills will be welcomed and instrumental in his new office.

    Akande praised and lauded Prince Falana Adebowale who was appointed chairman of Oyo State Youth Development Agency.

    He noted that the contribution of Adebowale to youth development is enormous and he trust that he’ll use this new office to better the lives of youths in Oyo State.

    Akande further extended his message to Dr. Akin Fagbemi who had just been appointed as the chairman of Oyo State Hospitals Management Board by the Governor. He asserted that he’s the best man for the job.

    Akande concluded by praising and lauding the commitment of Governor Oluseyi Makinde to ensuring that youths participate in his government.

    Akande noted that one of the qualities of a great leader is to find like minds who can effect positive change in the society. Akande once again congratulated the appointees and wished them the best.
