The caretaker chairman of Atiba local government, Hon. Ibrahim Sulaiman Akinkunmi has felicitates with Muslims ummah in the local government on completion of Ramadan and eid-il-fitr celebration.
In his sallah message, the Council Boss enjoined Muslims to imbibe the tenets of the holy month which includes fairness, peace, love, tolerance and charity in their daily activities.
“I congratulates Muslims brothers and sisters as well as the good people of Atiba local government while I’m imploring you to utilize this period for safety precautionary measures against the spread of the deadly virus (Covid-19), that is : maintain social distance, washing of hands, wearing of face mask, avoiding crowded places and if possible staying at home” he explained.
He added that compliance with these directives afford us the best chance of defeating this pandemic.
Hon. Akinkunmi now used the medium to pray that this year’s Ramadan and eid-il-fitr celebration shall be a stepping stone towards our unshakable glorification of the holiness name of Almighty Allah.
