Hon. Ibraheem Adeyemi Olojule Celebrates Senator Monsurat Sunmonu’s 66th Birthday

…Honouring Her Legacy of Leadership, Service

The Supervisory Councillor for Works, for Oyo East Local Government, Hon. Ibraheem Adeyemi Olojule, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Distinguished Senator Monsurat Sunmonu as she marks her 66th year.

In his tribute, Olojule praised her as an “amazon, pathfinder, and a beacon of hope,” highlighting how her light continues to illuminate the path for others.

Reflecting on her remarkable journey, Olojule noted that Senator Sunmonu’s life has been filled with “remarkable success, achievements, kindness, passion, and warmth,” qualities that have endeared her to many.

He specifically acknowledged her years of dedicated service to humanity, emphasizing her commitment to uplifting youth, which he described as “truly remarkable and unforgettable.”

According to him, Senator Sunmonu has made history as the first female Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly and the first female Deputy Chairman of the Conference of All Speakers in Nigeria.

Olojule commended her for being the “first performing Speaker in Nigeria” in 2011 and the “first female Senator in Oyo State.”

He highlighted that her leadership embodies “compassion, unwavering dedication, and exemplary leadership.”

The councilor pointed out the smiles she has brought to many and the opportunities she has provided to marginalized groups, which serve as enduring evidence of her extraordinary leadership.

Olojule, however, expressed his gratitude for her steadfast service, wishing her that “the Lord will continue to preserve you in good health, bless you abundantly with boundless joy,” and that she may “continue to inspire generations to come in positive ways.”

He concluded with warm wishes, stating, “Happy birthday and best wishes, The Distinguished mother!”
