Ibarapakan Completes Electrification Project in Igboora, Facilitates 40 Solar Lights in Igangan, Motorised Borehole, Others
In a bid to continue his light-up initiative in every community in Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North, member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, has facilitated additional 40 solar streetlights in Igangan, Ibarapa North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The forty solar streetlights were facilitated by the federal lawmaker in order to ensure the security of life and property in the community at night.

Also, the lawmaker is currently constructing a mega motorised borehole at Idofin, Igboora, to add to the list of his numerous mega solar-powered boreholes in different locations across the federal constituency to aid constituents’ access to clean water.

He is also constructing a culvert at Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora area, the culvert, which has posed a serious challenge to commuters plying the road on a daily basis.

In the same vein, Hon. Adepoju has completed the first phase of his ongoing electrification project in Igboora, which has brought the possibility of having power supply to over 700 residents in Onilado area towards Police Secondary School. He achieved this by installing transformer, new poles, wires, etc.
He also promised that the second transformer facilitated at Pako area in December 2024 will be completed this week, just like the one in Onilado area, while efforts to facilitate the remaining four transformers in Idere, Ayete, Tapa and Igangan are ongoing.
