    Independence Day: ‘We’ll Sing Songs of Progress, Surplus, Prosperity In Nigeria Says Hon Adeaga

    A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Hon Abideen Adetokunbo Adeaga has urged Nigerians not to despair following the various challenges the country is battling with.

    Adeaga gave the admonition on Sunday in commemoration of the 63rd Independence Anniversary of Nigeria.

    He urged Nigerians to stop the songs of distress and negativities but should begin to sing the songs of progress, surplus and prosperity for the nation and her people.

    The 2023 PDP House of Representatives candidate for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency said whatever challenges country is facing at the moment could not be said to be strange noting that all the super Nations Nigerians migrate to had also passed through such challenges and even more traumatized challenges.

    Adeaga said Nigerians should exercise more patience as Government at a levels are trying to proffer solutions to the lingering challenges.

    He prayed that we will not witness a return to those years of locust again in our dear nation.

    “He said administration of Governor Seyi Makinde has reiterated not to the people of Oyo Statevdown and will continue to enhance your living conditions and welfare, in spite of the financial challenges we are facing.”
