The Activities marking the funeral Service of Late Abigail Omojolagbe Makinde the Mother of Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has begun in Grand style as Governor Makinde and Other Dignitaries received the remains of his mother at his Agodi GRA residence for the lying-in-state.

Governor Seyi Makinde, his Wife Tamunominini Makinde, the Governor of Bayelsa State, Duoye Diri, Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and
Delta States, Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola and Some other Dignitaries who received the remains of Late Abigail Makinde prayed to God for repose of the soul of the deceased, and offered their respect during the Lying in State

Other Dignitaries, Government functionaries, have also been visiting the home of Governor Seyi Makinde to pay their last respect to Madam Abigail Omojolagbe Makinde ahead of other Subsequent Funeral Services.
