Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde is set to commission a 663.6 kwp solar plant in Ibadan.
GOALPOACHER NEWS learnt that the project which will be commissioned this Thursday is sited at Nigerian Brewery along New Ife-Ibadan Expressway.
Top government functionaries are expected to accompany the governor to the venue.
