Koleoso Was a Patriotic Citizen, Committed to Development of Oyo State – Amofin Beulah Adeoye Mourns
Amofin Beulah Adeoye, the President and Founder of the Beulah Adeoye Foundation has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Chief Michael Adeniyi Koleosho, former Secretary to the Oyo State Government and elder statesman.
Chief Koleosho, who passed away late last night, was widely respected for his unwavering dedication to the development of Oyo State. In a heartfelt condolence message, Amofin Beulah Adeoye described Chief Koleosho as a “distinguished leader” whose “indelible impact on the state will be remembered for generations.”
He acknowledged the significant loss to Oyo State, emphasizing that Chief Koleosho was a patriotic citizen committed to the progress of both the state and the nation.
Amofin Beulah Adeoye also shared that he had intended to meet with Chief Koleosho this coming Friday, a meeting he had been eagerly anticipating to “tap from his wealth of experience” and seek his guidance and prayers. “It was a rude shock to learn of his passing,” he said, adding that he considers the death of the elder statesman as a personal loss.
In his message, Adeoye prayed for strength and comfort for Chief Koleosho’s family during this difficult time.
“I pray that God Almighty grants his family, political team, associates, and the entire people of Oyo State the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” he concluded.
