LG Congress: Tegbe Lauds Peaceful Conduct of Exercise in Ibadan Southeast
It was a carnival-like atmosphere as Gubernatorial hopeful, Mogaji Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe joined other leaders and stakeholders at the All Progressive Congress Local Government congress at IMG Primary School, Eleta.
Party members erupted with joy at the arrival of Tegbe to the venue of the congress. More party members thronged into the venue to identify with the Gubernatorial hopeful who hails from Labo area of the Local Government.
Tegbe, who is Mogaji of Oguntegbe Compound in Labo, urged party members to embrace brotherliness and unity. He urged the winners to be magnanimous in victory and bring everyone on for the progress of the party.
In a brief chat with reporters after participating in the congress, the guber hopeful noted that conduct of the exercise had shown APC as a democratic party. He noted that executives emerged through consensus option, being the choice of majority of the leaders and members of the party in the local Government.
