Okanlomo Oodua Celebrates Nigeria’s First Lady on International Women’s Day
On this special occasion of International Women’s Day, I extend heartfelt appreciation and deep respect to Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria—a devoted wife, mother, pastor, politician, community leader, and a woman of strong faith and compassion.
Your life reflects the wisdom of the Holy Scriptures. The Bible says in Proverbs 31:26, “She opens her mouth with wisdom, and in her tongue is the law of kindness.”

Through your service to God and humanity, you have continued to demonstrate grace, strength, and leadership worthy of admiration.
As the beloved wife of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, you have embraced your role as a mother to the nation with dignity and purpose.

Like the virtuous woman described in Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” Your dedication to uplifting women, nurturing families, and supporting national development continues to inspire many across Nigeria.
The Scripture also reminds us in Proverbs 31:28 that “Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.” Today, the people of Nigeria join in celebrating a woman whose life of service, faith, and leadership has been a blessing to our nation.
As a pastor, leader, and mother of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, your commitment to compassion, unity, and the well-being of our people stands as a shining example of godly leadership and womanhood.
On behalf of Okanlomo Odua / Bada Olubadan of Ibadanland, I celebrate and appreciate your remarkable contributions to the progress and moral strength of our nation.
May God continue to grant you wisdom, strength, and divine grace as you continue to serve Nigeria and humanity.
Happy International Women’s Day.
