The Director-General of the Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership (NCSP), Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe, has reiterated Nigeria’s steadfast commitment to the One China Policy.
He made the commitment during a meeting with a high-level delegation from the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China, led by H.E. Prof. Gong Weibin. H.E. Ambassador Yu Dunhai.
Tegbe noted that strengthening cooperation in governance and public sector reform is essential for both nations.
“We are dedicated to deepening our ties with China and aligning our initiatives with the One China Policy,” he stated.
According to him, the partnership will support projects under President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
“This collaboration is vital for enhancing our public service reforms and institutional development,” he added.
After the meeting, both parties agreed to enhance institutional collaboration and expand knowledge exchange as Nigeria progresses with its public service reforms.
Also present at the meeting was H.E. Ambassador Yu Dunhai.
