Oyo Assembly Speaker Visits OYSHMB, Applauds Dr. Fagbemi’s Commitment to Any Assignment
The Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Honorable Adebo Ogundoyin, has paid a visit to the Oyo State Hospital Management Board, emphasizing the importance of healthcare, education, and agriculture in ensuring community growth and survival.
He commended Governor Seyi Makinde for appointing Dr. Akin Fagbemi as chairman, citing it as a perfect fit.

Ogundoyin promised that the house of assembly would legislate to give General Hospitals to other five local governments that have not been having hospitals in the area.

However, he noted that primary healthcare centers often require referral to secondary healthcare due to limitations in services such as surgery.
