In a momentous occasion, the chairman of the Jabata Community Project Committee has received a cheque from the Executive Chairman of Oyo East Local Government, Hon. Oluokun Peter Olusola, signifying the culmination of a collaborative effort between the Oyo State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA) and the Oyo East Local Government.

According to him, the funds will be used to construct a much-needed community development center in Jabata, a community that was selected out of thousands of applicants seeking assistance from the government.

The chairman of the Jabata Community Project Committee expressed his gratitude for the prompt response and support from Hon. Oluokun Peter Olusola, also known as “Omi-aanu,” to address the needs of the community.

He said the project is a testament to the commitment of the Oyo State Government and the Oyo East Local Government to empower local communities and drive sustainable development.

“The Jabata Community Development Center will serve as a hub for various community activities, fostering social cohesion and providing resources for the overall betterment of the Jabata residents.”

The partnership between CSDA and the Oyo East Local Government under the leadership of Hon Olusola Peter Oluokun underscores the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing the development needs of local communities.
