With bold plans to bridge the gap between housing needs and resources, the Oyo State Housing Corporation is ushering in a new era of affordable and sustainable living in Ajoda, Ejioku, Owode, and Olubadan Estates.
The Oyo State Housing Corporation under the Chairmanship of Ademola Omotoso, is hitting the ground running by embarking on an on-the-spot inspection tour of the various Housing Estates to implement Governor Seyi Makinde’s mandate for state development.
Hon Omotoso outlined the corporation’s plans to construct a bridge at Ajoda Estate to provide access for subscribers, as well as erect buildings to encourage land development.
“In Ajoda Estate, we’ll construct Omituntun Golf Resort 18-Hole Golf Course Resort Centre.
Furthermore, he announced that the corporation will begin revoking plots from subscribers who have not developed their plots after two years, in line with their policy of ensuring efficient use of resources.
“We are committed to providing the basic amenities needed at our various housing estates.”
“We will work tirelessly to ensure that Governor Makinde’s vision for the development of Oyo State is realised.”
The inspection tour, which marks the beginning of a new era for the Oyo State Housing Corporation, demonstrates the corporation’s dedication to transparency and accountability.
