The Chairman Oyo State Housing Corporation, Hon Ademola Omotoso has issued a six-month grace to encroachers at Ajoda New Town to pay the estimated amount to the corporation or risk the consequences.

This was as the management of Housing Corporation organized a two-day sensitization programme to let the illegal occupants understand the importance of perfecting their documents at the Corporation within the stipulated time frame given to them.

The visit is a follow up of the interactive meeting held with the encroachers at Gbenku Ajoda last month and inform them that the next step is for them to start paying into the Corporation account within the next Six months.

Omotoso stated further that the affected encroachers should contact the Corporation to know the amount they would pay saying they are allowed to pay twice to the Corporation.

The Housing Chairman also advised members of the public to stop patronizing land grabbers who paraded themselves as land owners at Ajoda to sell the Corporation land to them but contact the Corporation for land at Ajoda House Estate.

He said the Corporation would not conduct any other integration exercise after this one .
