Oyo Housing Organises Training Workshop For Junior Staff
In continuation of it’s training program for the workforce,the Oyo state Housing Corporation today kickstarted training workshop for it’s junior workers.
The two day exercise was aimed at bringing out the best out of the officers who fall within levels one and six.
In a statement signed by the corporation’s Director of Information, Kunle Sani, while declaring open the training,the Chairman of Oyo State Housing Corporation,Bar.Bayo Lawal described the category of workers being trained as the most important in any organization.
According to him,they are the base of an organization which must be solid otherwise the structure on top would collapse.
Bar. Lawal noted that the corporation needed to be rejuvenated to keep faith with the dreams of the founding fathers.
While drawing the attention of the participants to the stiff competition in the built industry, the chairman promised to motivate the entire workforce for maximum productivity.
In his goodwill message,an expert in Urban and Regional Planning,Emeritus Professor Layi Egunjobi,said the training became inevitable in view of dynamic world.
Professor Egunjobi was of the opinion that the training would fully equip participants technically,attitudinally and behaviorally to move the corporation forward.
The theme of the training workshop is “Innovative Approaches To Aid Housing Development In Oyo State.
