The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has extended warm felicitations to Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, the Member representing Ibadan North 2 State Constituency, on the occasion of his 41st birthday.
