Photonews: Hon Oyedokun Presents Wheelchair To ‘Student With Disability’
In his usual ways of lending helping hands to the downtrodden in the society, the Executive Chairman of Ogbomoso South local government, Hon Oyedokun Oyeniyi Timothy OOT has yet again put smiles on the face of Amao Sayo, a Junior Secondary School Student of C.A.C Grammar School, Ogbomoso South.
Amao Sayo hasn’t been able to attend school since his previous wheelchair got broken and no one could assist him with another wheelchair until the compassionate Chairman, OOT stumbled on the state of the condition of the student.
“I recently came across a heartwarming story that compelled me to take action and address a pressing issue affecting one of our young students.
“Amao Sayo, a bright JSS 2 student at CAC Grammar School in Ogbomoso, has been facing significant challenges due to a broken local wheelchair, making it difficult for him to attend school.
“Upon learning of his predicament, I took the initiative to purchase a new wheelchair for him.
“Witnessing the joy and gratitude on Amao Sayo’s face when I presented him with the new wheelchair was truly a heartening experience.
“As the Chairman of Ogbomoso South Local Government, I will continue to consider implementing sustainable initiatives that promote inclusivity in our schools.”
