Members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Board of Trustees, (BoT) has extolled the sterling leadership qualities of Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde.
This was as the members of the BoT of the party paid a sympathy visit to the Governor on Wednesday at the Governor’s Office to commiserate with him on the deadly explosion that rocked Bodija, Ibadan.
The team was led by former Senate President, Adolphus Wabara.
They commended the Governor for the proactive steps he took immediately the incident occurred.
In my remarks, Governor Seyi Makinde thanked them for their support and encouragement.
He said, “as we grapple with this issue and work on short-, medium- and long-term measures to support the victims, tighten security and restore the areas affected.”
