Photos: Ogbomoso South Chairman, Hon Timothy Embarks on Rehabilitation of Roads Damaged by Erosion

The recent erosion disaster that ravaged parts of Ogbomoso South Local Government and affected some roads has received the attention of the Oyedokun Oyeniyi Timothy led administration as it has begun the repairs of some section of the damaged roads.

Briefing newsmen on the issue, Chairman Ogbomoso South Local Government, Hon Oyedokun Oyeniyi Timothy said he okayed the variation of the cost of the rehabilitation of the roads to ensure road users in that area have a relief.

He further asserted that he has ensured that state roads in the council area were included the 2023 budget of the Oyo State Government.

Also, he told newsmen during the briefing, that grading and earthing of roads are still ongoing across the 10 wards in the council area.
