The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has extended warm birthday wishes to Hon. Rahman Olorunpoto Cephas, the lawmaker representing Oyo East and Oyo West State Constituency.
Hon. Ogundoyin’s birthday message to Hon. Olorunpoto was contained in a congratulatory statement issued in Ibadan.
