The Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun has extolled the Peoples Democratic Party local government Chairman, Prince Seun Adelore on the occasion of his birthday.
The Commissioner’s felicitation was contained in a message signed by her and made available to newsmen in Ibadan on Sunday night.
She described the former Chairman Oyo State Waste Management Board as a superb intellect cum wordsmith.
