The departure of one of the best Yoruba Sports presenter in the Southwest region, Alhaji Babatunde Saheed, Mr Sports has continued to generate mixed reactions on various online and social media platforms.
An inside source who spoke with Goalpoacher News reporter on the condition of anonymity said Mr Sports career witnessed upward progression when Fresh FM signed him in 2015.
“Yinka Ayefele gave him everything he needed to succeed and go international in his career.
“Fresh FM sponsored him to Russia in 2018 where he gained international exposure .
“In 2017, Yinka Ayefele presented a brand new Venza aside his official car.
Recall that the most informative and genuine news platform specially dedicated to disseminate news about Personalities (OAPs), Primus Media, had hinted its readers few days ago that tsunami was set to hit a popular radio station in Ibadan but name withheld.
Days later, news emanated that Babatunde Saheed and two others had resigned from Fresh FM Nigeria to join a newly licensed radio station.
Fresh FM Nigeria swiftly signed another top notch Yoruba Sports presenter, Obadare Oladosu (Oba Sports) as Babatunde Saheed’s replacement.
