An ally of Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon Rita Orji has joined other eminent Nigerians in home and abroad to congratulate the Governor on his installation as the Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom.
The former House of Representatives member described the Governor as leader and warrior who is endowed with innate disposition and native intelligence that enable him to always stand out in every challenging moment.
Makinde was on Friday installed as Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom by His Imperial Majesty, Oba Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo Jilo III, the Osemawe and paramount ruler of Ondo Kingdom in commeof the 70th birthday and 17th year coronation anniversary of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo Jilo III, the Osemawe and paramount ruler of Ondo Kingdom.
“People follow charismatic leaders for a time. But they devote themselves over time to the cause of a brave leader who inspires and enables them in the pursuit of that cause.
” Brave leaders have the courage to accept that leadership is not about them, but rather about working through behaviors, relationships, attitude, values and the environment to inspire and enable others to do their absolute best together to realize a meaningful and rewarding shared purpose.”
