    Yuletide: Ayo Fatokun Foundation Distributes Food Items to Widows, Widowers in Ibadan

    Widows and widowers in Ibadan will have a memorable yuletide as Ayo Fatokun Foundation in conjunction with LIFE Network gave out food items to them at Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba last Saturday, 21st December, 2024.

    The beneficiaries were selected across the 11 local governments in Ibadan (Akinyele, Ido, Lagelu, Egbeda, Ona Ara, Oluyole, Ibadan North, Ibadan North East, Ibadan South East, Ibadan South West and Ibadan North West)

    Dr Ayokunle Fatokun, Executive Director of LIFE Network welcomed everyone to the event and expressed gratitude to God for this event.

    Each of the widows/widowers got food stuffs – rice, spaghetti, palm oil, salt, tomato paste and garri.

    While speaking to the crowd, Prophet Daisi Ogunjobi; the Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church, Orioke Anumorigba, General Gas Ibadan appreciated Hon Ayo Fatokun for the wonderful project and for taking initiative to support the widows. He prayed for everyone and wished the crowd a wonderful Yuletide season.

    500 widows and widowers would benefit in total but only 300 were brought to the venue to avoid rush or any eventualities.

    Some of the beneficiaries also won cash from answering questions and wining some games.

    While addressing the crowd, Hon Ayo Fatokun, the Executive Director of Ayo Fatokun Foundation appreciated everyone for coming, thanked the beneficiaries and wished them a splendid festive season.

    The beneficiaries were excited and had a great time.

    In attendance – Hon Ayo Fatokun (Executive Director, Ayo Fatokun Foundation), Dr Ayokunle Fatokun (Executive Director, LIFE Network), Amb Tolu Taiwo (Executive Director, Twenty One Five Child Foundation), Ms Jumoke Ilebe, Mrs Laitan Agbaje, Pastor Daisi Ogunjobi (Christ Apostolic Church, Orioke Anumorigba), Pastor Bayo Olaiya (Christ Apostolic Church, Gbaremu Center), Mr Paul Olagoke (President, Akinyele Youth Forum), Mrs Bose Babatunde (PDP Leader, Akinyele LG), among other dignatories.
